Tour of the Landing Beaches

Carentan is situated in the American Landing Beaches...


Embark on our tour of the Landing Beaches. From Carentan, hit the road for Utah Beach 15 kilometres away, via Saint Come du Mont, and visit the Dead Man's Corner Museum. Then make your way to the Batteries at Crisbecq and Azeville, near Saint Marcouf, just North of Ravenoville. Head back via Sainte-Mere Eglise where you can visit two museums "Airborne Troops" and "Douglas C47".

Or you can even make a trip to "La Pointe du Hoc" via Grandcamp-Maisy. Then pay a visit to the cemetery at Colleville-Saint-Laurent near Omaha Beach. You will go past the German cemetery, "La Cambe"
